The builing was financed by 🇪🇺 = European control of finances & supervision of building standards.
With such a strong earthquake in EU or Japan or the USA, there would be about tens, at most hundreds of dead, not tens of thousands, as in Turkey.
There is only one reason for such a scale of disaster: #Corruption !
