I do sometimes wonder how people figured out Korvasieni (False morels) are delicious after boiling three times. Did it go like:

- let's try eatin this mushroom
- oh no, Pekka died eating it
- let's try boiling it first
- oh no, Jussi died
- maybe boil twice?
- oh, Mikko got only terrible stomach pain, we are on the right track. Go three boilings!
- Mmm, delicious!
