./console relay add https://relay.witter.cz/actor
https://relay.witter.cz/actor couldn't be added

Guys, I'm in need of help. It seems like console does not log anything in friendica.log when this command fail.

Is there any way to debug why this relay is not working for me?

@Schmaker I usually run the console like this:
sudo -u www-data bin/console relay add https://rel.re/actor

So from one folder up and with the right user of course, the one that runs the webserver usually.

Can you try like this? Probable not the reason it didn't work, but who knows.

@Schmaker also list the relays and check if it was really (not) added.

sudo -u www-data bin/console relay list

Maybe someone could try adding and deleting this relay on his server just for checking if it's maybe only problem of my instance?

@Schmaker You can only use the relay if you are activated by the operator. Otherwise you can not add the relay

@OldKid Wait, pleroma-relay has ability to limit who can connect to it?

I understood it as "if you want to be on the list, contact us on kolektiv@nolog.cz"

Okay, i checked a documentation and you're propably right.

I'd call this case solved

There is an open issue message on github about this problem. I have the same problem on my instance, I cannot add a new relay server or remove an existing one.

So there might be technical reason behind the issue.

I'll update about it when i get response from nolog.cz
