Yes. It ended with a Ukrainian engineer that woke up one morning and magically had an idea of how the technical problems could be solved that the Ukrainians thought they needed a Taurus for.
In other words: probably silent technology transfer.

The bloodshed will instantly end, when Russian troops leave the legitimate borders of Ukraine. Ukraine repeatedly offered an unconditional ceasefire that was rejected or ignored by the Russian federation.

Absolutely not 'every weapon possible'! Mankind has created terrifying and devastating weapons.
Existing limitations regarding nuclear, biological and chemical warfare should be respected.

But in every other aspect of cooperation Ukraine should be treated as the brave and democratic ally that they are.
