Russia is happily paying a great money to everyone who have some reach and don't mind say what they want.
BTW I live 300km from Ukraine and at the beginning of war whenever i stopped at Highway gas station there was at least couple of cars with UA plates full of women and tired kids leaving their country because "nothing was happening there"...
