After hours of hard work I have achieved a very marginal destruction of this staircase that's being replaced with a terrace. The stairs are from armed concrete and heavy as shit, who would have thought

Is the terrace going to be floor level, and is up those stairs an entrance? How do you bridge that or is that going to be closed off?

@trinsec no it will be at the door level on some steel construction. There's another staircase on the other side, this one was never used

@yngmar I'm doing this with the Lidl hammer drill 🫠

The stairs are probably factory made so very proper. The rest is kinda ... Not so well done lol

Anyway will have to hire someone or lure some neighbours with beer to help with this, I can barely tilt the stairs over

@yngmar I'm not breaking the steps, just the top one had to be cut off. Yeah it's like that, I was breaking the bricks to free the steps - they can now be simply lifted if you're a Rambo

Waaiiiit, these are precast steps. That's why they're good quality.

Why do you even need to destroy the steps? They are just laying there, aren't they? Should just be able to lever them out one by one or demolish the supporting wall and they fall down.
