Working on my next episode, I came across some pretty interesting information about The Czech Republic.
Their donations to Ukraine are truly impressive. The Czechs have spent 0.7 percent of their GDP on helping Ukraine, which is huge compared to the United States (0.3 percent), but they have also sent some awesome hardware, including:
— 185 tanks
— 106 infantry fighting vehicles
— 50 self-propelled artillery pieces
— 115 self-propelled AA guns
— 4 helicopters

The #GiftForPutin / #WeaponsForUkraine is private crowdfunding initiative that already made lot of stuff possible including MLRS system and tank.
There are more of these initiatives here and lot of people picked the right side of the history...

in reply to Randahl Fink • • •Another helicopters were transfered to Ukraine in last few months, after rearming czech air force to american Venom/Viper helicopters. Donation of two helicopters were confirmed in february 2024, unknown number* of others were mentioned during march/april 2024. 🥳
(* Probably two, three max, because on the end of 2023 were last five of these type in service.)
