Observation 4 - Priority road signs do not apply to cyclists
If cyclist is on a priority road, drivers don't care and just go and even honk at the cyclist...

1) ignore NoMotorizedVehicles sign from observation 3
2) not giving precedence from observation 4
3) then I meet the car parked on a pedestrian crosssing infront of a school.
