Zelensky: "This is Russia’s narrative — that I can’t negotiate with Putin. No one but me can negotiate on Ukraine’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, and our course. According to Ukraine’s Constitution, these are my rights and duties. I represent our state’s interests. I issued a decree to prevent people like Novinsky and Medvedchuk from holding direct talks with Putin. The idea that I need to cancel something is purely Russia’s narrative. I don’t restrict myself."

#StopWar and problem is solved

But that's another story :/

... but that "rest of the world" wasn't even giving enough artillery shells, every single part of aid is sent too late and so on. We screwed it and we gonna pay for it

Once again propaganda bullshit from Russia.
Check UN stats, civilian casualties were pretty much bottomed 4 years before invasion. This also wasn't democratic decision as Donbas is Ukraine and whole Ukraine would have to agree on it.
And I'm ignoring the fact there were unmarked foreign armed men - coincidentally Russian speaking - behind their back.
Btw. If you did your research you propably already know about civilian casualties there actually caused by Russians. If not, look for - for example - luckily already dead woman called Korsa

in reply to Bryan C Jones • •My country managed to do it without bloodshed, but whole country also must agree on it. In my country it was free decision as there wasnt any foreign power involved in our split.
This is not the case for Ukraine - of course the state does not want to give up his region - especially the richest one - when all these guys could do was to move few kilometers to the east

This is why I distrust any state, democratic or otherwise. Whether by overt intimidation or covert maneuvering, the polls can be made to say whatever you want. Both NATO and Russia have a part to play in what might have been a prelude to world war.
It's not Russia that's pushed Ukraine to the brink of war
