*Nasazuje si talár ústavního soudu, jako asi půlka osazenstva českého internetu*

Mamute, nemám rád ani Okamuru, ani Babiše. Navíc si myslím, že důchodová reforma byla fakt nutná.

Ale přesto si myslím, že jak to provedla vláda, nebylo úplně ústavní:

1. Vláda měla a mohla vědět, že bude vysoká inflace a tudíž měla jednat dříve

2. Jurečkovy výroky o tom, že to stát stejně zvládne, vypovídají o tom, že nebylo nutné k projednání zákona ustanovovat zrychlené jednání, protože žádná nouze nehrozila👇🏼

Dvanáct rozhodčích z patnácti rozhodlo, že z faulu není. Asi se víc nebudu vyjadřovat právně, protože tomu nerozumím a v principu je mi to vlastně i jedno, takže zůstanu jen u hlediska morálního.

Morálně řešíme sociální smír, ne zvyšování životní úrovně důchodce na úkor zbytku populace. Vyšší podíl důchod ke mzdě tu nikdy nebyl a pokud jsme se vrátili někam na rok 2018, tak pokud se pamatuju, bylo tou dobou přeci "líp" 😀

Nejférovější by mi přišlo, kdyby se důchody řešily poměrem k průměrné mzdě bez zahrnutí inflace - to ale nemůže bejt udržitelný protože porodnost. :/

Tam jde o to, že poměr důchodů k průměrnému platu vzrostl díky burešovi ze 40% na 50%. Což znamená roční výdaje státního rozpočtu cca 160 miliard korun. Na dluh, samozřejmě.
Logicky následující vláda musí dupnout na brzdu, bo jinak jsme jak Řecko. ASAP.

No a reforma - to je vtip. Existují 3 možnosti - pozdější odchod do důchodu, snížení důchodů, zvýšení daní. Ani jedno není a nebude populární a nejspíše bude potřeba kombinace.

Tyhle strkanice, jestli to už byl faul, nebo ještě ne, jsou naprosto nepodstatné. Neřeší se příčina(nebo to ani nejde) a do úpravy systému se nikomu moc nechce.

@Schmaker Bylo to rozhodnutí parlamentu a to "zabývání se" padlo na vládu(parlament dává rámec, vláda podle něj sestavuje rozpočet). Akorát byl u moci neschopný bureš, takže s tím neudělal absolutně vůbec nic...
Jako minarchista bych samozřejmě očekával osekání výdajů a srovnání rozpočtu s rámcem.
Více peněz nechat daňovým soumarům! 😁

V tomhle směru je super, když to ten člověk vyřeší třeba "obojetným" jménem.

Tuhle jsem kupoval IPL pro paní domácí z Bazoše od Míši. Když přijel(a) Míša s hlasem tak hlubokým, že by vedle něj Macocha vzala nohy na ramena a šla na hanbu, tak to stále bylo v pohodě, protože "Čau Míšo" řekneš chlapovi i ženský a nic na tom neni špatně 😀

Ale pak někdo přišel s nějakým "onikáním" a to už jsem úplně v lese, tam jsem se nezajímal

Přeložil jsem článek "Můj děda byl nacista" od jistého Bastiana Allgeiera (kterého osobně vůbec neznám). Myslím, že tenhle druh příběhů tady v česku chybí: naštěstí, protože tady nemáme podobnou historii, ale také naneštěstí, protože je lehké si představovat, že sklouznout do extrémního populismu je něco, co "umí" jenom Němci, Italové a Japonci počátku minulého století.

Je to fakt dobře napsané. Doufám, že jsem to svým neumětelským překladem moc nezkazil.

Poslední dobou se mi čím dál častěji stává, že když se pustím do nahazování nějaké služby na server, tak po zběžným přečtení dokumentace s panikou utíkám pryč. Naposledy teď, když jsem chtěl nahodit čistě odesílací mailserver.

Když vidim ten desetistránkovej manuál namísto "sem zadej hostname" a "sem zadej e-mailovou adresu", tak mozek piští a volá o pomoc s tím, že na to nemá.

Máte to taky tak, nebo mi jen začíná demence? 😀

@stepan Provozuju více serverů dohromady řádově pro 1k uživatelů a můžu potvrdit, že je to bolest 😀 Ale zase je to potřeba, protože e-maily se v posledních letech hodně centralizovaly a každá kapka, která tu centralizaci naruší a ubere moc Googlům a Seznamům apod., je dobrá. O tom, že e-maily jsou klíčové pro #soukromí a #kybez nemluvě (viz funkce zapomenutá hesla u různých služeb).

Ta pravidla se dají běžně najít na netu. Hledej něco jako "pokemon card game rules". Šestiletá to dá, pokud bude mít dobrého učitele 🤷‍♂️, Náročností to bude něco podobného jako MtG. Nicméně ve školách to skoro nikdo nehraje a funguje to jen jako sběratelský artikl. Ostatně je to i jedna z nejvíc padělaných her. U nás třeba padělky zcela běžně prodávají v trafice. Já se to doma snažím omezovat, protože v některých prvních třídách kvůli tomu byla šikana, krádeže, atd ..

Tried to reduce worker count to 1 and tasks per worker to 1 as well, no change.

Getting roughly 2,5 GB memory usage for the problematic worker before getting killed. Maybe it's expected behavior and I'm keeping you busy for no reason?

It definitely seems wierd to me. What's even more wierd is, that everything worked for roughly 2 days with like 6 OOM kills daily (exactly what I got for last 2 years or so 😀 )

Protože se měnila legislativa a ruší se VTP, dovolím si pár poznámek o tom, jak dnes technická kontrola probíhá.

Známka technické a emisní kontroly

Na #STK stačí přijet s ORV (malý techničák), to je jediný doklad, který potřebujete k provedení technické prohlídky #auta . Zároveň ale musím upozornit na to, že do první technické určitě bez VTP (velký techničák) nejezděte!

Potíž je totiž v tom, že administrativně ne všechny položky z VTP se dostaly i do elektronického techničáku (potvrzeno na dvou ze tří aut, která jsme vezli), takže se vám úplně klidně může stát, že bude na stanici problém vydat známku kvůli tomu, že vám například chybí zápis alternativních rozměrů kol a technici to tak ověřují podle dat ve VTP.

Zároveň chci upozornit na velice dobře schovanou, ale skvělou možnost si svůj VTP zkontrolovat ještě před výjezdem na adrese dataovozidlech.cz/otevrenaData… - stačí zadat VIN (identifikační číslo karoserie) nebo číslo technického průkazu

Klidně z vesela boostujte, tohle se týká snad každýho druhýho člověka tady 😀

Velká zábava je, když na technické zjistíte, že číslo ORV nesouhlasí s číslem v databázi. Před lety jsem měnil trvalé bydliště a dostal jsem nový malý techničák, ale v databázi zapsali číslo starého. S tím, že starý velký techničák už neplatí a nový malý taky ne, protože má blbě číslo si lze užívat spousty zábavy...

Tak se přiznám bez mučení, že dneska už mi bylo trochu chladno. Na tyhle teploty by to chtělo upgradovanej gear - něco na zakrytí obličeje, lepší rukavice a boty.

Ale stále se to dá, byť je to značně nekomfortní 😀

Mimochodem - v tomhle počasí je krásně vidět, proč maj #auta vyhřívanou baterku - tam, kde mi #eKoloběžka normálně jezdí dvacet jedu ráno o 5 km/h míň, protože mám zmrzlou baterku. Když jedu z práce, kde nabíjim na teplý dílně, jede podstatně líp 😀

@schmaker copak o to, ten rám @cobic sériově vyrábí... ale je to kusová výroba a je to drahý i bez solární lehopřestavby. Po návratu, jestli se to nerozpadne, doporučuju nejdřív zkušební jízdu. Je to zatraceně těžký, mj...

Tohle je hrozně nepraktický vlastnit, většinu roku by se na to prášilo v garáži. Já uvažuju o modelu půjčovny solárních kol, kde by to zahrnovalo jakési "pojištění", že když se to rozbije, dorazím to opravit a případně i vyřeším odvoz apod....

@schmaker ale no, věřím, že v nesolární verzi by @cobic zakázku na lehoCT4 snad přijal, někdy v druhé půlce léta. Jen varuju, že samotná lehosedačka AZUB včetně opěrky stojí asi 7500 Kč a rám bez čehokoliv dalšího váží asi 15 kg nemluvě o ceně).

V objednávce je asi potřeba specifikovat
- lineární řízení nebo řídítka?
- kola 24" nebo 26"?
- napětí 36 nebo 48V? (S tím souvisí výkon motoru 250-500W nebo 750-1000W)
- kapacita baterie? (největší může stát i 20000 Kč)
- pneumatiky na silnici nebo do terénu? (neovlivní cenu)

Varuju, že do auta se to nenaloží (možná se sundanými koly, ale to byl i u kratší verze problém, tak leda na zahrádku? Nebo do dodávky) a i v nejlehčí verzi (malá 36V baterie, malý motor) by to nejspíš vážilo k 50 kg. A jenom ty externě nakupované komponenty (vč. řetězů, řídící jednotky, převodů) jdou někam mezi 40 a 50 tisíc Kč (dle verze).

Podle konfigurace se teprve asi začala počítat cena a možný termín dodání. V současnosti existují 2 lehoprototypy, na rozdíl od nákladní verze, kde se to přeci jen už dělá malosériově. Na základě zkušeností z letošního závodu se asi ještě udělají určitá vylepšení.

Samozřejmě, pokud pro tohle vozidlo existuje trh, tak je strašně zajímavé zjistit, za jakou cenu a do jaké konfigurace by někdo šel... já pořád sázím spíš na půjčovnu, kdy prostě lidem zařídíme alternativní dovolenou cca v ceně leteckého zájezdu, akorát eko... ale výroba a prodej je taky možnost (já se to už učím kompletovat, myšleno cyklokomponenty 😉 sváření je vyšší magie...)
